Project Manager (Mobile Game)

Salary: Negotiation

Location: Hanoi

1. Responsibilities: 

  • Project Progress Tracking
    • Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule;
    • Update and track tasks using Jira, Notion, or related tools;
    • Follow up on daily issues and blockers that may affect production timelines.
  • Team Coordination
    • Work closely with Developers, Artists, and QA teams;
    • Ensure smooth collaboration between departments throughout the production process.
  • Partner Communication Support
    • Collect and summarize feedback from partners;
    • Prepare project tasks, updates, and reports;
    • Track requests and update implementation status accordingly.
  • Task Clarification & Communication
    • Gather questions and concerns from team members;
    • Clarify unclear tasks with PMs or Lead Game Designers;
    • Update task information to avoid miscommunication.
  • Build & Release Support
    • Track feature and bug status;
    • Assist with checklist verification before sending builds to partners.

2. Requirements:

  • Must Have:
    • Strong logical thinking and organizational skills;
    • Clear, proactive communication;
    • High sense of responsibility and strong follow-up skills;
    • Passion for games/mobile games is a major advantage.
  • Preferred:
    • Basic understanding of game development, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Notion, Google Sheets, or Excel;
    • Ability to read and understand English for work purposes; fluent communication in English is a plus.
