1. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, track product trends, and analyze competitors.
• Propose new game ideas based on market insights;
• Develop product concepts including core mechanics, game loop, USP, theme, etc;
• Evaluate the potential of game ideas before processing to production stage;
• Collaborate closely with the Production and Marketing teams throughout the product development process;
• Analyze data during testing phases or soft launch and provide recommendations for product improvements;
• Propose product optimizations based on data analysis to improve the product’s business performance;
• Work with partners to develop potential game ideas and products;
• Make reports on market trends and new product potential.

2. Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• At least 3 months of experience at intern/fresher level.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of mobile game market;
• Basic knowledge of game design and the game production process;
• Understanding of monetization models such as IAA, IAP, or Hybrid;
• Basic knowledge of marketing for mobile games/apps.

Skills

• Strong market research and data analysis skills.
• Product and project management skills.
• Good presentation and idea pitching abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with wireframing tools such as Figma, Draw.io, etc.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Experience using market research tools is a plus.
